Marina Modern Mediterranean

This 4500+ sq ft. top to bottom renovation & expansion of my personal home was a 3.5 year long labor of love.  With little to no true architectural direction from the original structure, we shaped the personality of this home, turning it into a casual modern Mediterranean home perfectly suited for Marina living.  Blending a mix of traditional elements and modern features, this home was made for a big family and for entertaining.  We opened up walls and raised ceilings to make an expansive yet welcoming kitchen great room.  Large pocket door sliders allow for seamless indoor-outdoor living.  Other notable features include barreled ceilings, archways, internal steel doors and the stunning curved staircase.  This home is truly a dream come true.
